NIDA (NephroPlus International Dialysis Academy) prepares nurses for a specialised, globally recognised career in dialysis care through a structured training and certification pathway. Built on NephroPlus's values of Care, Transparency, and Passion, NIDA serves as a clinical talent development academy rather than a staffing agency, equipping nurses with classroom training, supervised clinical practice, mentorship, and certification, ultimately creating opportunities for deployment across NephroPlus's international dialysis centres.

Eligibility Criteria

Please confirm you meet the eligibility for your applicable track before proceeding. All tracks converge into the same international-readiness benchmark and the same FIFO + Readiness deployment queue.

Track 1 — Freshers

Criterion	Requirement
Educational qualification	BSc Nursing (completed, or final year awaiting result)
Nursing council registration	Valid / eligible for registration with State Nursing Council
English proficiency	Reading and writing proficiency is a must
Program commitment	2 years in India (3 months classroom + ~21 months OJT) before international eligibility
Willingness	Relocate within India during training/OJT, and internationally on deployment; commit to Service Commitment period

Track 2 — Experienced Nurses

Criterion	Requirement
Educational qualification	BSc Nursing
Minimum tenure	NephroPlus employees: 1.5 years at NephroPlus are eligible for a fast-track 6-month curriculum. Non-NephroPlus employees: 2 years' general nursing experience, with 6+ months at NephroPlus.
Clinical experience	Dialysis experience preferred; general nursing experience also accepted
English proficiency	Must-have — bridge/communication support built into the 6-month training if needed
Program duration	6-month bridge training combined with prior experience to reach the 2-year international-readiness benchmark
Willingness	Relocate internationally upon deployment; commit to Service Commitment period

Meeting eligibility makes you eligible to apply — it does not guarantee selection. All applicants undergo English, Clinical Competency, and Personality/Global-Readiness assessments, plus a structured interview.
Selection is based on a composite score; candidates below the minimum threshold are not offered a seat, regardless of vacancy.
Deployment follows a FIFO + Readiness queue — your position depends on your entry date and completion of all eligibility requirements.
