Center Manager

Job Description:

The Centre Manager is responsible for the centre operations of a NephroPlus dialysis unit, ensuring optimum usage of resources and operational efficiency by coordinating across functions to achieve growth and profitability targets while maintaining internal and external customer satisfaction. The role is accountable for operational issues, process streamlining, billing, end-to-end business process handling, clinical support and manpower administration for the unit, in line with company business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• 1. Independently handle the overall administration of the dialysis centre.
• 2. Handle daily staff administration – attendance, overtime and leave management – and resolve employee grievances.
• 3. Coordinate guest (patient) care session scheduling, billing and cash handling.
• 4.Manage petty cash, centre inventory and office item purchases; ensure regular and timely payments from partners.
• 5. Coordinate with all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, etc.) to ensure smooth centre operations, and give the best possible guest care experience.
• 6.Develop and support diagnostic services at the centre.
• 7. Manage inventory through regular physical counting and cross-checking against consumption.
• 8. Interact with senior leadership and clients, manage expectations effectively, and handle global or multi-location teams and customer projects as required.
• 9. Initiate corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence of non-conformances, and maintain proper records of service and assets as per company policy.
