Nephrocare Health Services Limited (“NephroPlus”) is a healthcare services company established in 2010. The Founders of NephroPlus are Vikram Vuppala and Kamal D. Shah. NephroPlus is India’s largest dialysis service provider, offering comprehensive dialysis care including hemodialysis, home and mobile dialysis, supported by pharmacy and wellness services. NephroPlus operates through a scalable, asset-light, and capital-efficient model, with a global network of clinics spanning India, Nepal, the Philippines and Uzbekistan. We are backed by marquee investors, including International Finance Corporation, Bessemer Venture Partners Trust, Investcorp, 360 One Special Opportunities Fund, and Edoras Investment Holdings Pvt. Ltd. The company has recorded consistent revenue growth year-on-year since its inception.

NephroPlus is the only Indian dialysis services provider that has scaled internationally and is recognized as Asia’s largest and the fifth-largest dialysis chain globally in terms of treatments performed in Fiscal 2025. The company’s strength lies in its protocol-driven clinical practices, innovative use of technology, and patient-centric approach led by a co-founder on dialysis. NephroPlus has developed a robust operating model combining in-hospital captive clinics, standalone clinics, and government public-private partnerships (PPP) to deliver high-quality dialysis care across diverse geographies. Its clinical innovation includes proprietary systems such as the Renova Dialyzer Reprocessing System and RenAssure protocols, which ensure standardized, high-quality treatment across all clinics.

As of March 31, 2025, the company operates 490 clinics (including 43 international clinics), serves over 33,076 patients annually, and has performed over 3.30 million treatments for the year ended March 31st, 2025. Its network covers 269 cities in India across 21 states and four union territories, with approximately 76.73% of its clinics located in Tier II and Tier III cities and towns.

NephroPlus’ international operations are a key growth lever, with significant presence in the Philippines and Uzbekistan, and a strategic joint venture in Saudi Arabia.
