Annette Kumlien is a seasoned exectuive as well as non executive with a proven track record in driving business transformation across diverse industries - from process and climate control to healthcare and financial services. With expertise spanning B2B, B2C, and B2G sectors, she brings a unique blend of financial acumen and operational leadership to both listed and private equity-backed organizations.

Currently serving on 4 different boards, Annette previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Intrum Group, a leading player in the credit management industry and Chief Financial Officer at Munters, a global leader in climate control solutions. Prior to that, she spent over a decade at Diaverum, a global kidney care provider, where she held both CFO and COO roles.

Annette is an experienced board professional, currently serving on the boards of Cavotec SA, Dirac Research AB and Silex Microsystems AB.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics
