Dr. Om Manchanda brings over 35 years of diverse corporate experience, with his formative years at Hindustan Unilever shaping his approach to building high-performance, customer-centric organizations. He has also held leadership roles at Monsanto, Ranbaxy and Dr. Lal PathLabs.

During his 16-year stint with Dr. Lal PathLabs, he was instrumental in transforming the company from a small, family-run lab into India’s largest, professionally managed, listed diagnostics chain. He was Managing Director of the company until April 2025.

He has completed an Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School, and MBA from IIM – Ahmedabad.
