Job Description:

Cluster Manager will be responsible for operations of NephroPlus Dialysis units across assigned region. Cluster
Manager ensures optimum operational efficiency of units by coordinating with various functions to achieve growth
target & profitability and maximize internal & external customer satisfaction. Accountable for operational issues,
process streamlining, end to end business, clinical, and manpower administration pertaining to units in line with
Company business objectives

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring standardization of operations across centers and implementation of company SOPs
  • Ensuring operations are streamlined leading to best customer experience and enabling a motivating environment for staff across the network of dialysis units
  • Leading the center managers / center staff and guiding them to achieve operational excellence for their cluster of centers, counselling, coaching and giving feedback wherever required
  • Coach the center managers to seek and continuously develop knowledge
  • Monitor, review, evaluate and ensure all KPIs of the centers are met on on-going basis
  • Monitor, review performance & addressing deviations & causes for the same
  • Responsible for bottom line profitability and revenue generation of the centers
  • Ensuring adherence to quality standards at centers
  • Implementation of clinical and administrative protocols & procedures including monitoring and ensuring adherence to check lists submission by junior members
  • Ensuring optimum utilization and maintenance of facilities & services
  • Conducting spot operational audits during center visits
  • Review & audit center level expenditure regularly
  • Coordinating with business development team for new business opportunity
  • Implementing the performance appraisal plan for the staff, finalization of KRAs, evaluating & providing feedback
  • To ensure timely payments from the partners
  • Coordination with all the dept. to ensure smooth operations at the center
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead and manage a team across multiple centers
  • Demonstrates a brilliant commercial acumen
  • Excellent communications and coaching skills to engage and inspire colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team to achieve goals
  • Enabling the employee’s development by specifying their job competencies & through training.
  • To rationalizing expenditure through cost optimization with budgetary control and enhance profit margins.
  • To identify the underperforming centers and develop a business plan to address and manage issues effectively
  • Effectively manage and review P&L of all the centers to optimize center profitability
  • To ensure that all centers adhere to compliance requirements in all areas of operational activity ,brand standards, company policies and procedures
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices
  • Conduct & organize marketing activity at the center & cluster level

Job Specification:

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree; Masters Preferred MBA or relevant PG programs
  • Experience required: 2 to 3 years
  • Willingness to relocate within India or abroad, which could be temporary or permanent
  • Analytical and Self driven
  • Extremely effective in written and verbal communication of the English language
  • Travel – 70%
  • Advanced knowledge of MS office applications
