What is Dialysis on Call?

DoC is an initiative where we take the dialysis setup to a patient’s home or even hospitals that do not have dialysis facilities but require dialysis for their patients, conduct the procedure and then move the equipment out.

DOC was launched to make dialysis more accessible to guests who would not like to or are unable to visit a hospital or a dialysis clinic to undergo dialysis.

DOC is not the same as Home Hemodialysis. In, Home Hemodialysis, a Dialysis Machine, and a Water Treatment plant are set up in the guest’s home. In DOC, the machine and whatever else is required for the therapy is sent to the guests home or any other location they need their dialysis in and then removed once the treatment ends.

All you need to do is dial our customer care, place your request with us and schedule an appointment in advance. Within just two hours of your call, our team will immediately begin the process of providing you with our Dialysis on Call therapies and facilities. You can also access this facility through our App.

For an improved quality of life, make sure you consult with a Nephrologist and receive a clear prescription for DOC therapies.

Benefits of Dialysis on Call

DOC has a number of benefits, the first and foremost is the convenience and comfort of being at home or in familiar surroundings. Unlike home hemodialysis, the DOC setup is temporary and will be removed once the treatment is over. Guests need not follow the dialysis Clinic’s timing and schedule but can fix appointments according to their convenience. Moreover, DOC provides guests with easy accessibility, affordable costs, and reduced dependency on family and friends.
