Beet Lemonade Fizz

Ingredients:

  • Beetroot ½ cup
  • Honey 1 ½ tbsp (As per taste)
  • Soda water 1 bottle (474 ml)
  • Ice cubes 6 pieces
  • Lemon rind 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 5 tsp
  • Lemon wedges or mint leaves for garnishing (optional)

    Procedure:

    • Cook beetroot until soft, about 20-25 minutes.
    • Drain the water and keep the cooked beet aside.
    • Place cooled beets in a food processor and puree until smooth.
    • In a small bowl, mix honey, lemon juice, and lemon rind.
    • Add the beet puree to the mixture and mix well. Divide it into 6 equal portions.
    • Fill each glass with ice cubes and 1 portion of the beet mixture.
    • Pour soda water and garnish each glass with lemon wedges or mint leaves.
    • Serve immediately.
