Ingredients:
Grated bottle gourd: 50 gms
Chopped onions: 20 g
Boiled carrot grated: 10 g
Egg white: 2 no
Cumin seeds: 2g
Coriander: ¾ th cup
Green chilli: 2 whole
Soaked dosa rice: 20g
Salt as required

Procedure:
Take a bottle gourd peel off the gourd grate the gourd and remove the water.
Then take a bowl add grated bottle gourd, boiled grated carrot, chopped coriander and chopped onions.
Add egg whites and cumin powder and chilli pieces.
Mix them well finally add a pinch of salt and 2 lemon drops.
Heat a greased iron pan, take a ladle of the mix and spread it on pan close the lid for 2 min cook on both sides till golden brown.
Serve hot appam with mint or ginger chutney.
