Protein Shot makes it easy to get
the protein your body needs into
an amazing tasting shot.
Ingredients:
Carrot - 100 gm
Chopped spring Onion - 18 gm (1 small)
Wheat Flour - 1 cup (120 gm)
Red chili powder - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Salt - A dash (0.4 gm) as suggested by the dietitian

Procedure:
Firstly, wash the Carrot & grate with the help of a grater and chop the spring onion.
Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl, mix well & knead into a soft dough using enough water.
Divide the dough into equal portions.
Roll a portion of the dough into a circle using a little whole wheat flour for rolling.
Heat a non-stick tava & cook the paratha using ½ tsp of oil till golden brown spots appear on both sides.
Repeat steps & make 1 other paratha.
Serve it with curd or tea.
