Cinnamon Apples

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup corn kernels
  • Brown sugar – Âĵ cup
  • Ground cinnamon – ½
  • Ground nutmeg – Âĵ tsp.
  • Water – 1 tbsp.
  • Butter – ½ tbsp.

    Procedure:

    • Mix the sliced apples, brown sugar, ground nutmeg, and cinnamon well in a mixing bowl until the apples are coated well.
    • In a saucepan, cook this apple mixture with 1 tbsp. unsalted butter and 2 tbsp. water for 8-10 minutes until the apples are soft and tender.
    • Serve warm.
