Crunchy Cream Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

  • Apple medium size
  • Pineapple 1 cup
  • Whipped cream unsalted ½ cup

    Procedure:

    • Wash the apple and cut into pieces along with skin.
    • Cut the pineapple into 1” pieces.
    • Beat heavy whipping cream in a bowl, with an electric hand mixer, on high, until stiff peaks form.
    • Take a bowl and mix all ingredients with the cream.
    • Serve chilled.
