Ingredients:

  • Cucumber – 50g cut into cubes
  • Pineapple – 50g cut into small cubes
  • Cherry tomatoes – 4-5/20g
  • Iceberg lettuce – 20g
  • Lemon juice – 5ml
  • Pepper powder – ½ tsp
  • Honey – 1 tsp
  • Salt-1/4tsp or as per dietician’s advice
  • Coriander leaves chopped (optional)
