Fruit Gummies

Ingredients:

  • Orange /Apple/ Strawberry pulp ½ cup
  • 1/4c Capsicum chopped
  • Maple Syrup- 1 ½ – 2 tsp
  • Water ¾ cup
  • Sugar (For coating) Optional

    • Serving size: 3-4 in no per day

    Procedure:

    • Blend the fruit pulp, water, china grass, and maple syrup together until smooth. Keep aside for 5 mins.
    • In a saucepan, bring the mixture to a simmer. Simmer for 2 minutes whisking constantly.
    • Remove from the heat, pour into a shallow container or desired moulds and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
    • Remove from the moulds.
    • Optionally coat with raw sugar just before eating.
