Garlic Chutney

Ingredients:

Ingredients: 1 cup =150 g

  • Garlic cloves 25 in no
  • Ginger ½ inch
  • Red chilies 2-3
  • Roasted Jeera ½ tsp.
  • Mango powder ½ tsp.
  • Tomato – 1 small optional
  • Oil 1 tsp.

    Procedure:

    • Soak red chilies in warm water for 15-20 mins.
    • Drain off water; transfer all the ingredients in a chutney jar except oil.
    • Grind the mixture coarsely.
    • Chutney is ready to serve with hot Bhakri and Rotis.
