Serve this delicious garlic chutney with idli, dosa, adai or as a side dish for curd rice.
Ingredients:
Ingredients: 1 cup =150 g
Garlic cloves 25 in no
Ginger ½ inch
Red chilies 2-3
Roasted Jeera ½ tsp.
Mango powder ½ tsp.
Tomato – 1 small optional
Oil 1 tsp.

Procedure:
Soak red chilies in warm water for 15-20 mins.
Drain off water; transfer all the ingredients in a chutney jar except oil.
Grind the mixture coarsely.
Chutney is ready to serve with hot Bhakri and Rotis.
