Garlic Chutney
Serve this delicious garlic chutney with idli, dosa, adai or as a side dish for curd rice.

Ingredients:
Ingredients: 1 cup =150 g
- Garlic cloves 25 in no
- Ginger ½ inch
- Red chilies 2-3
- Roasted Jeera ½ tsp.
- Mango powder ½ tsp.
- Tomato – 1 small optional
- Oil 1 tsp.

Procedure:
- Soak red chilies in warm water for 15-20 mins.
- Drain off water; transfer all the ingredients in a chutney jar except oil.
- Grind the mixture coarsely.
- Chutney is ready to serve with hot Bhakri and Rotis.
