Ingredients:
2 cup whole wheat flour
¾ cup grated bottle guard
½ cup hung curd
1 tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Oil
Salt a dash or as instructed by your dietitian

Procedure:
Take a mixing bowl into that add whole wheat flour, grated lauki, hung curd, turmeric, chilli powder, salt and 1 table spoon oil.
Mixing all the ingredients properly as we add curd there will be little requirement of water during mixing the dough
Knead into soft dough and rest it for some time. Now divide them 5-7 equal part
Roll the dough balls into the required shape square or round
Heat them on a skillet/tawa on medium flame
Serve with cucumber raita or any gravy of your choice
