Lemon Ginger Popsicles

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cup of water
  • 3 inche peeled ginger
  • 2 large lemons
  • 2 tablespoon sugar

    Procedure:

    • To a pan add the water and ginger and bring it to simmer.
    • Pour this to a bowl and add freshly squeezed lemon juice, sugar and stir until incorporated
    • Taste and add if anything desired
    • Now pour the mixture evenly into the popsicle molds. Place the popsicle sticks in and freeze until set
    • To remove the popsicles from the molds, hold them under running water for a few seconds or leave them at a room temperature for 5mins. Enjoy!
