Try this zingy fruit drink that
is low in Potassium and high in
protein to quench your thirst.
Ingredients:
1/4c Pineapple chopped
1/4c Rose apple cubed
1/2c Ginger ale
1/2c Chilled water
4 Scoops Renal protein powder
3 tsp sugar/ sugar free
1/4c Ice cubes
Peppercorns 3-4
Âĵ tsp Cinnamon powder

Procedure:
Keeping aside ginger ale, combine all the other ingredients in a blender and make a smooth puree.
Strain and add ½c ginger ale and blend well.
