Masala Puri

Ingredients:

  • Rice flour 1 bowl
  • Onion, chopped 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies, chopped 2 tbsp
  • Hing Âĵ tsp
  • Salt Âĵ tsp
  • Oil 5 tbsp

    Procedure:

    • Wash and chop onion and chilies, then grind into smooth paste.
    • Add ground paste to rice flour and mix it into a tight dough using enough water.
    • Divide the dough into 10 equal portions.
    • Grind the garlic. Keep it aside.
    • Roll the balls on a butter paper with little oil.
    • Heat a flat tawa on medium flame and place the flat puri on it. Cook till you see the change in texture.
    • Turn upside down and brush oil on the cooked side. Cook until golden brown.
