Mixed Dhal Pudding

Ingredients:

  • Milk: 1 Cup (150 ml)
  • Green Gram Dhal: 10 g
  • Bengal Gram Dhal: 10 g
  • Red Gram Dhal: 10 g
  • Cardamom Powder: Âĵ tsp
  • Saffron Strands: Âĵ tsp
  • Sugar: 2 tsp

    Procedure:

    • Pressure cook the dhals with the required amount of water.
    • When slightly cool, blend the cooked dhal, milk, cardamom powder, and saffron strands.
    • Return the mild mixture to the flame and cook for a few more minutes.
    • Stir in the sugar and mix the content thoroughly.
    • Serve hot or cool.
