Milk: 1 Cup (150 ml)
Green Gram Dhal: 10 g
Bengal Gram Dhal: 10 g
Red Gram Dhal: 10 g
Cardamom Powder: Âĵ tsp
Saffron Strands: Âĵ tsp
Sugar: 2 tsp

Procedure:
Pressure cook the dhals with the required amount of water.
When slightly cool, blend the cooked dhal, milk, cardamom powder, and saffron strands.
Return the mild mixture to the flame and cook for a few more minutes.
Stir in the sugar and mix the content thoroughly.
Serve hot or cool.
