Murmura Tikki

Ingredients:

  • Puffed Rice (120gms)
  • Bottle gourd (grated 50gms)
  • Rice Flour-1tbsp
  • Oil-10gms

    Procedure:

    • Take a cup of puffed rice and soak the puffed rice in water for 5 to 10 mints.
    • Take 50gms of bottle gourd and grate it.
    • Now squeeze out the water from puffed Rice.
    • Add puffed rice and grated bottle gourd and half a tea spoon of turmeric, pepper, jeera and a table spoon of rice flour in a bowl and mix them all properly.
    • Make the mixture in a different shaped Tikki’s.
    • Take a pan and add minimal oil and pan fry them until golden brown colour.
