Take a cup of puffed rice and soak the puffed rice in water for 5 to 10 mints.
Take 50gms of bottle gourd and grate it.
Now squeeze out the water from puffed Rice.
Add puffed rice and grated bottle gourd and half a tea spoon of turmeric, pepper, jeera and a table spoon of rice flour in a bowl and mix them all properly.
Make the mixture in a different shaped Tikkiâs.
Take a pan and add minimal oil and pan fry them until golden brown colour.
