Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

  • 100 gm boiled pasta of your choice
  • 1 Onion, julienne
  • 1/4th cup capsicum, julienne
  • 1/4th cup carrot julienne
  • 1/4th cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Black pepper powder (as required)
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Salt- 1/4 tsp or as per dietician’s advice

    Procedure:

    • In a large bowl, take boiled pasta. Make sure the pasta is not overcooked and is al dente.
    • To it, add onion, capsicum, carrot, and cherry tomato and toss well.
    • In another bowl, take mayonnaise, lime juice, salt, pepper and mix well to form the dressing.
    • Pour the dressing onto the pasta and toss well till it coats all the pasta. Serve chilled.
