Procedure:
Boil milk.Blend the supplement, fruit pulp, lemon juice, hung curd, and sugar together in a blender until the sugar has dissolved and a smooth consistency is reached.In a heavy bottom pan, reserve 1/3 c sugar for caramelizing, pour the rest of the sugar and cardamom powder into the milk and boil till it reduces to 3/4th measure.
Pour the mixture into a plastic dish and cover with a lid.
