Rajma Galouti Kabab

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup leached and boiled Rajma
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 green chilli (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • Salt-1/4tsp or as per dietician’s advice
  • ½ tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 tbsp besan (roasted)
  • ½ tsp ginger garlic paste
  • Oil for shallow frying

    Procedure:

    • Coarsely grind the leached and boiled rajma in a blender
    • Add finely chopped green chilli and onion, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, cumin and coriander powder and salt. Mix well.
    • Now, add roasted besan or gram flour for binding and make small balls. Flatten them in the shape of a kabab and set aside.
    • Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the kababs on both sides till golden brown and crisp.
