Rajma Galouti Kabab
Ingredients:
- 1 cup leached and boiled Rajma
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 green chilli (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- Salt-1/4tsp or as per dietician’s advice
- ½ tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tbsp besan (roasted)
- ½ tsp ginger garlic paste
- Oil for shallow frying

Procedure:
- Coarsely grind the leached and boiled rajma in a blender
- Add finely chopped green chilli and onion,ginger garlic paste, garam masala, cumin and coriander powder and salt. Mix well.
- Now, add roasted besan or gram flour for binding and make small balls. Flatten them in the shape of a kabab and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the kababs on both sides till golden brown and crisp.
