Raspberry Yougurt Bars

Ingredients:

  • Home made curd- 1 cup (120gms)
  • Fresh Raspberries – 30 gms
  • Honey – 2 Tbsp

    Procedure:

    • 1.Take a cup of curd and pour it in to a muslin cloth to drain out the excess water for about 1 hour.
    • 2. Take some fresh Raspberries and mash them.
    • 3. After an hour take the hung curd and mix 2 table spoons of honey to it.
    • 4. Now spread the mixture on a baking paper into desired shapes and sprinkle the mashed Raspberries on the top.
    • 5. Freeze them for 2 hours
    • 6. Now break them into pieces and serve them chilled.
