Ingredients:
Moong Dal: ¾ cup
Poha (Rice flakes): ¼ cup
Milk (cow): 2 cups
Sugar: 1 tbsp
Almonds: 5 no
Corn flour: 1 tsp

Procedure:
In a pan, dry roast the poha till crispy. Let it cool. Grind the poha into coarse powder.
Boil 1.5 cups of milk in a pan and add poha while stirring continuously.
Sidewise, in half cup of milk add corn flour and stir well.
Add the corn flour mix to the pan and stir well.
Add sugar and simmer it for 2-3 minutes; do not let it harden.
Turn the flame off once you achieve the right consistency.
