Refuel Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients:

  • Moong Dal: ¾ cup
  • Poha (Rice flakes): ¼ cup
  • Milk (cow): 2 cups
  • Sugar: 1 tbsp
  • Almonds: 5 no
  • Corn flour: 1 tsp

    Procedure:

    • In a pan, dry roast the poha till crispy. Let it cool. Grind the poha into coarse powder.
    • Boil 1.5 cups of milk in a pan and add poha while stirring continuously.
    • Sidewise, in half cup of milk add corn flour and stir well.
    • Add the corn flour mix to the pan and stir well.
    • Add sugar and simmer it for 2-3 minutes; do not let it harden.
    • Turn the flame off once you achieve the right consistency.
    • Garnish with chopped almonds and serve.
