Refuel Chocolate Pudding
This nutritious pudding is packed with proteins and tastes more like a dessert. It is the best way to replenish and refuel your protein loss during dialysis.
Ingredients:
- Moong Dal ¾ cupPoha(Rice flakes) ¼ th cup
- Milk(cow) 2 cups
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Almonds 5 in no
- Corn flour 1 tsp

Procedure:
- In a pan, dry roast the poha till crispy. Let it cool. Grind the poha into coarse powder.
- Boil 1.5 cup of milk in a pan and add poha while stirring continuously.
- Side wise, in half cup of milk add corn flour and stir well.
- Add the corn flour mix to pan and stir well.
- Add sugar and simmer it for 2-3 minutes do not let it harden.
- Turn the flame off once you achieve the right consistency.
- Garnish with chopped almonds and serve.
