Ingredients:
1/4th cup/50g Sabudana/Tapioca
1 Cup Milk
4 tbsp Sugar
1/4th tsp Cardamom powder
Chopped nuts for garnish (optional)

Procedure:
Soak the sabudana for 1-2 hours
Cook the soaked sabudana in some water until soft. Add milk, sugar and boil till it thickens.
Finally add cardamom powder and mix well. Garnish with chopped nuts and serve hot.
