SABUDANA KHEER

Ingredients:

  • 1/4th cup/50g Sabudana/Tapioca
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 4 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/4th tsp Cardamom powder
  • Chopped nuts for garnish (optional)

    Procedure:

    • Soak the sabudana for 1-2 hours
    • Cook the soaked sabudana in some water until soft. Add milk, sugar and boil till it thickens.
    • Finally add cardamom powder and mix well. Garnish with chopped nuts and serve hot.
