Ingredients:
- 1/4th cup/50g Sabudana/Tapioca
- 1 Cup Milk
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 1/4th tsp Cardamom powder
- Chopped nuts for garnish (optional)

Procedure:
- Soak the sabudana for 1-2 hours
- Cook the soaked sabudana in some water until soft. Add milk, sugar and boil till it thickens.
- Finally add cardamom powder and mix well. Garnish with chopped nuts and serve hot.
