Strawberry Cheesecake

Ingredients:

For Base:

  • Digestive biscuits – 50 gms
  • Unsalted butter – 5 gms
  • For Filling:

  • Condensed milk – 50 ml
  • Homemade Paneer – 50 gm
  • For Topping:

  • Strawberry pulp- 20 gms

    Procedure:

    • For the base, coarsely grind digestive biscuits. Add melted butter and combine using a spatula.
    • Transfer the biscuit crumbs into a jar and press down evenly. Set it in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
    • For the filling, grind condensed milk and mashed paneer.
    • Grind it until there are no lumps. Add over biscuit base and allow it to set in fridge for 15-20 minutes.
    • Now add strawberry pulp over the filling and garnish with a small slice of strawberry.
    • Enjoy your high protein dessert without guilt.
