Ingredients:
For Base:
Digestive biscuits â 50 gms
Unsalted butter â 5 gms
For Filling:
Condensed milk â 50 ml
Homemade Paneer â 50 gm
For Topping:
Strawberry pulp- 20 gms

Procedure:
For the base, coarsely grind digestive biscuits. Add melted butter and combine using a spatula.
Transfer the biscuit crumbs into a jar and press down evenly. Set it in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
For the filling, grind condensed milk and mashed paneer.
Grind it until there are no lumps. Add over biscuit base and allow it to set in fridge for 15-20 minutes.
Now add strawberry pulp over the filling and garnish with a small slice of strawberry.
