Ingredients:
Freshly grated raw mango â 1/2 cup
Cooked white rice â 2 cups
Mustard seeds â 1/2 teaspoon
Chana dhal â 1 tablespoon
Cashew nuts â 6 no
Groundnuts â 1 tablespoon
Red chilli â 1 no
Green chilli â 2 no
Grated ginger â 1 teaspoon

Procedure:
Take a pan heat it and add 1 tablespoon oil to it.
Once the oil heats add red chilli, grated ginger, green chilli, mustard seeds, chana dal, cashew nuts, groundnuts, curry leaves and fry them.
Now add freshly grated raw mango pulp and cook it for 3 mins.
Add a pinch of salt and turmeric.
Now add rice to it and mix well and leave it for 3-5 mins on low heat and switch off the heat.
