In a mixing bowl add mashed tofu, red chili powder, turmeric, sugar, rice flour, lime juice and mix well into a smooth mixture and make perfect round Kofta balls out of it.
In a separate container add ginger, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, sugar and salt & 1/4 cup water, mix well until the sugar and salt are completely dissolved.
Shallow fry the Kofta balls on medium flame, until turns golden.
In a pan heat some oil and add dried red chilies & bay leaf and allow to temper. Then add masala slurry and allow it to cook for few minutes.
Lastly add prepared kofta balls into the mixture and add 1.5 cups water.
Boil for 10-12 minutes on medium heat & Serve steaming hot with boiled rice.
