Veg Besan Omelet
Ingredients:
- Besan( Bengal gram flour)-20gm
- Bread(white)-2 No.(25gm/bread)
- Onion-18gm(1 small size)
- Tomato-20gm(medium size)
- Green Capsicum-20gm
- Red Chili Powder-1tsp
- Coriander Powder-1tsp
- Garam Masala-1tsp
- Oil-1tsp
- Salt-A dash(0.4gm) as suggested by the Dietician

Procedure:
- Firstly wash and chopped the tomato, onion, green capsicum.
- Prepare the besan mixture in thick form and add all the spices,chopped onion, tomato and capsicum.
- Add salt and mix it properly.
- Take the bread slice and dip it on the besan mixture from both side. greasing hand with oil.
- Shallow fry on a non stick pan/tawa from both side like an omelette.
- Serve hot with tea
