Ingredients:
- 2 cup whole wheat flour
- ¾ cup grated bottle guard
- ½ cup hung curd
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Oil
- Salt a dash or as instructed by your dietitian

Procedure:
- Take a mixing bowl into that add whole wheat flour, grated lauki, hung curd, turmeric, chilli powder, salt and 1 table spoon oil.
- Mixing all the ingredients properly as we add curd there will be little requirement of water during mixing the dough
- Knead into soft dough and rest it for some time. Now divide them 5-7 equal part
- Roll the dough balls into the required shape square or round
- Heat them on a skillet/tawa on medium flame
- Serve with cucumber raita or any gravy of your choice
