Ingredients:
- 100gm boiled pasta of your choice
- 1 Onion , julienne
- 1/4th cup capsicum, julienne
- 1/4th cup carrot julienne
- 1/4th cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- Black pepper powder (as required)
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- Salt-1/4tsp or as per dietician’s advice
- Portion size: 4
- Serving size: 1

Procedure:
- In a large bowl, take boiled pasta. Make sure the pasta is not over cooked and is al dente.
- To it, add onion, capsicum, carrot and cherry tomato and toss well.
- In another bowl, take mayonnaise, lime juice, salt, pepper and mix well to form the dressing.
- Pour the dressing onto the pasta and toss well till it coats all the pasta.Serve chilled.
